Founded in 1998 by Jean Engelbrecht, the winery draws on international market knowledge combined with the rich heritage of the family’s wine estate, Rust en Vrede, in Stellenbosch. The vineyards, sourced from Breedekloof and Stellenbosch, benefit from long-term agreements with respected growers, ensuring consistency and quality in the sustainable wines produced. Guardian Peak champions a philosophy focused on creating approachable, everyday wines that resonate with wine enthusiasts.
