The wine tasting experience at Tokara is held daily in a dedicated Tasting Lounge that offers a range of their awarded wines. Open from 10:00 to 18:00 with the last tasting starting at 17:30, the lounge provides an inviting atmosphere for guests to sample a variety of wines. Tokara specializes in Cabernet Sauvignon and Sauvignon Blanc, featuring collections such as the Premium Collection, Reserve Collection, and the Directors Reserve range. Each tasting allows visitors to learn about the winemaking process, the terroir, and the distinct characteristics of the various cultivars available. Wine ambassadors guide guests through the tasting, providing insights and stories behind each wine, ensuring a personalized experience. The restaurant at Tokara offers a remarkable dining experience with extraordinary views over Stellenbosch and False Bay. Open for lunch from 12:00 to 15:00 and dinner from 18:00 to 21:00 on select days, the establishment focuses on terroir-driven contemporary cuisine crafted from the freshest local ingredients.
